  1. Liberation of Mind

Crimson reality,

Life shattered, departing from fanciful reveries,

Life anew, embraced by raw actuality,

Why does the world wear such a somber veil?

Out here, in this realm of stark truth,

My mind entangled in bygone glories, some fabricated within the confines of thought.

Lost in the labyrinth of self, uncertain of identity,

Till reality's sharp awakening.

Those around me smile,

seeing a man ensnared in illusions,

None realizing the tumult within,

the battle against self-defeat.

Stress permeates every corner,

bridging the chasm between worlds.

Worlds all beheld by me alone,

dwelling in a realm of fantasy. Isolated in my madness,

 a solitary dance with delirium.

Agony in my psyche,

momentarily numbed by the elixir of illusion.

The world can be shaded by this simple concoction,

A force dictating my mind's whims.

Glimpsing the genuine, comprehending its essence,

I finally grasp

 Myself.

Descending the precipice,

 watching the world whirl past,

Unaware of the looming abyss,

Forever feeling, never truly seeing,

The lure of fantasy beckons, A siren's call to authenticity.

A call to embrace myself,

to feel the breeze beyond these fortress walls,

To engage in battles not of my own making, for mere trifles.

Why was the distinction between realms so elusive?

And why the rupture from intoxicating fantasy?

Why?

Yearning!

Craving to perceive the world anew,

Craving to traverse uncharted territories.

Fantasy led me hither,

Finally, here,

in the realm of reality.

 Obsidian and rugged,

tasting the bitterness of truth for the first time.

Unaware of others' anguish until my own ebbed away.

Viewing the world through the lens of a madman,

I now discern the disparity between my realities.

The sanctuary and the genuine, veiled from sight.

For I was the sovereign of my madness, ruler of frenzied visions.

Never perceiving,

But decaying in actuality.

Here I stand,

At last emancipated.
